The development of quality of life for the millions who live in the rainforest, is long overdue.  The indigenous people hold the only existing power to legally protect the rainforest. We can strengthen the ancestral people of this land to defend this ecosystem for the world.  Nature Nations Carbon Credits enables a platform for model sustainable development, where nature is entirely protected and the standard of living improves.

REDD + Nature Nations Carbon Credits

extend ethical investors, the most unique mechanism to ever exist capable

of balancing the quality of life for indigenous communities with the world.

Over the last century, the world has enjoyed the luxury of development extended by public budgets worth billions.  Yet most indigenous communities have remained without the finance to enable the basis of modern society, such as hospitals equipped with the latest technologies and medicinal advances, finance to develop their own high quality traditional schools, security and the ability to defend their lands from industrial contamination, access to technology, tools and modern trade skills that most in the world take for granted.  And yet they have a culture, community and way of life that the world can envy and learn from.

Nature Nation Carbon Credits enable companies to purchase carbon offsets directly from the indigenous tribes in the Amazonia rainforest.

This transaction awards the full financial 'return on investment' for territory protection, to the people who have preserved the world's highest quality rainforests from contamination and deforestation.

Through direct receipt of REDD + Nature Nation Carbon Credits via ethical investors, Indigenous communities will gain a significant annual budget for health, education, technology, energy, waste management, the young, the elderly and everything we take for granted that extends our quality of life.

REDUCING THE DEFORESTATION AND CONTAMINATION OF AN IMPERATIVE ECOSYSTEM

FOR GLOBAL SURVIVAL

Deforestation produces 18% of global carbon emissions - the third largest source. Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD +) is a critical component of climate change mitigation.

Deforestation is expected to increase rapidly and a market mechanism to protect it, places REDD carbon credits at the

forefront of the fight to prevent climate change, by preventing the industrial exploitation of the rainforests that sustain the global life system.

A business-as-usual scenario in SIM Amazonia models projects up to 37% deforestation by 2030.

Nature Nations Carbon Credits no longer take for granted, the willingness of indigenous communities to leave their trees standing, when such lucrative financial rewards exist for cutting their forests for wood or agriculture, or to contaminate their ecosystem to extract resources.

To counteract deforestation and degradation, REDD + Nature Nation Carbon Credits enable the sustainable development of indigenous communities through an integrated strategy to pay for the value of maintaining a standing forest.

THE ALTERNATIVE GOVERNMENT REDD + CREDIT INVESTMENT PROGRAMS HAVE DEFICIENCIES

VALUE OF FUNDS.  Such programs promote that millions in carbon offset revenues will translate into concrete and direct benefits for “marginalized and vulnerable indigenous populations”, who are dependent on the forest for their survival.  Yet these same administrations have overseen indigenous populations locked in this cycle of dependant poverty for years.

Promises to change this will assist NGO's and government administrators to take millions in market revenues and subsequently allocate only a tiny portion to indigenous families and communities.  In some programs, this equates to the insignificance of only 80 euros per family, per year. In some situations, after 3 – 5 years of operation, they are yet to transfer any real monetary value to the indigenous. Given the small payments promised by government programs, their cycle of dependence and poverty will likely continue.

Whilst Government programs proclaim to value indigenous contributions to conservation, by promising investment in clean water, healthcare, information, productive activities and other improvements in their quality of life; Direct investment with the indigenous populations through Nature Nations Carbon Credits are the strongest way to ensure this evolution is enabled.

ADMINISTRATIVE DISTORTION. Nature Nations Carbon Credits appreciate the compliance requirements which add value for the buyer but eliminate layers of unnecessary bureaucracy, administration and oversight that current registries attempt to integrate into the indigenous way of life, in order to monitor and quantify the carbon of ancient forests.

Government programs profile incentive plans to remunerate

indigenous communities for doing what they’ve done for thousands of years - termed as ‘environmental service payments’ - but require the conversion of their forest management style. They impose a western methodology for managing the forests, introducing administrative scrutiny which compromises the traditional rhythm of life.  The government programs intend to impose monitors of road use, animal quantities, boat transits, fishing stocks and the use of natural resources in indigenous territories.  This greatly reduces privacy and autonomy on their ancestral lands.

Most pilot programs have been

funded privately and have engaged the cooperation of government oversight or participation, to work through options for accreditation, transparency and accountability.

All of which are practical aspirations and with cooperative registeries, they attempt to take control of the indigenous carbon credit value; Yet

international investors can ensure

such misdirection does not evolve.

Of superior intent, Nature Nations Carbon Credits enables the indigenous people to present their own quantification and narrative to profile the value of their standing forests in a more traditional way, respecting and empowering

thousands of years of knowledge.

ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

National governments argue with local governors and states over who will recieve and be responsible for managing REDD revenues; both of whom suggest the likelihood of each other subverting or diverting funds.

The administrative and governance structure of government related to such programs is so thick, that it absorbs much of the funding.

A comparable REDD project is structured to encompass more than 64 staff paid to deliver management or analysis for a project of protecting the rainforest which quite plainly has been protected by the indigenous already for thousands of years.

An entire industry is being built around the microscopic management of carbon to validate their reciept of millions of dollars per territory, by inventing administrative beauracracy - where the greater value clearly lies in simple quantification - and a world leading sustainable development that the indigenous population of millions could ever hope to experience.

Nature Nations Carbon Credits protect indigenous rights.

Priorities in balance

Great investment is currently being made into more specifically engineering calculations for the exact carbon and bio mass estimates from the rainforest, with excessively large administrative groups working on this development, quantification and monitoring.

Yet, indigenous groups lack in fundamental finance for development, security, dignity and empowerment.

REDD + Nature Nation Carbon Credits will quite literally change the face of Amazonia by for the first time in history, enabling substantial budgets for sustainable development of indigenous communities , projected as developing a ‘wisdom economy’.

The Nature Nations Carbon Credits renders a superior value through the commitment to monitor the government and private sector analyses of carbon stocks in the rainforest, in order to provide investors and buyers with a current understanding of specific quantities; however, the program itself does not invest in such monitoring as it is premised in the ethical justificaiton that the finance is better spent on developing the security and quality of life for millions of people whose ethic is already to respect and protect nature as their natural way of life.

The valuation for indigenous lands of dense ancient rainforest rests between the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change  [IPCC] Default Value for Tropical Forests, which approximates 131,00 Tons of Carbon per hectare and an alternative analysis that suggests that the Submontane Ombrophyllous Dense Forest and Lowland Ombrophyllous Dense Forest have carbon stocks presenting the value equivalent of up to 180 + tones of Carbon per hectare;

including live biomass, dead biomass and below ground biomass.

These rainforests are commonly a combination of Ombrophyllous Dense Alluvial Forest; Lowland Ombrophyllous Dense Forest; Submontane Ombrophyllous Dense Forest; Ombrophyllous Dense Alluvial Forest; Lowland Ombrophyllous Dense Forest and Submontane Ombrophyllous Dense Forest.

The IPCC is considered to be the most conservative data but it often considered that the IPCC values underestimate the carbon stock values for the Amazon forests, as they were generated through an average of different tropical forests in many regions of the world; hence the comparative value has been drawn.

For the purpose of calculating Nature Nations Carbon Credits, the measure of tonnes of C02 biomass per hectare has been set inbetween government and market estimates, at 155.

The price established for Nature Nations Carbon Credits, identifies a superior definition for the worlds understanding of REDD+ offsets.  The powerful capability to adjust history, by enabling the transition to a high standard of sustainable living for indigenous tribes across the Amazon, by valuing their authentic protection of standing forests, provides a dual value for the buyer.  The moral requirement to offset carbon, is invested to produce a life changing evolution for millions of people.  The result establishes a branding association for the Nature Nations Carbon Credits

buyer, with the stunning indigenous culture exhibited by this precious way of life, deep in the jungle of the Amazon rainforests.

According to the UK Forestry Commision, the highest historic trading price of virgin dense forest carbon offsets, established at 1000 pounds per tonne of carbon. Prices

across voluntary carbon markets worldwide have commonly ranged anywhere from $4/tC–$182/tC, highlighting the importance of differences in quality and type of forests.   In 2011, the carbon credit market topped $ 142 billion.

Indigenous territories offer the market a natural 'Cap and Trade' system, whereby there is a finite number of indigenous rainforest hectares, that represents ancestral owners who are intent on the complete protection of the land.  Therefore the high quality association engaged by the buyer, is coupled with the fact that each association is limited to a finite area, where overtime, the value of the worlds highest quality carbon offsets and associations, may help contribute to the greatest new nations that the world could know, existing in harmony with nature.

The Vision.
"A sacred territory, revered as a sanctuary for life, in all it's manifestations.
A co-existence in harmony between nature and people.
A land where identity, unity, spirituality and culture is valued.
A nation lead by the ancestral people of the Amazon, may become reknowned, loved, respected and admired, nationally and across the world. Embodied with co-operation and mutual support, a powerful indigenous leadership of spiritual and cultural cohesion, will give internal strength, external presence and international governance. A UNIQUE DEFENCE FROM INDUSTRIAL DEVASTATION

The investment in REDD credits help to establish a secondary protection mechanism against the ongoing attempt at industrial exploitation of indigenous lands, to extract resources at the cost of devastating contamination.

Although extensive international law and conventions exist to prevent this, such exploitation advances against the will and right of the people and in violation of international law.  Until now, it remains without a powerful enough defence against the powers who advance it and accountability for such violations has been difficult to gain and enforce.

The REDD credits provide an international market tool for the protection of high quality indigenous rainforests that the governments of South America will respect, as their own ability to garner billions in international carbon offset revenues from the rainforest lands that they singularly control, rests on the credibility of their respect for global standard of rainforest protection.

Therefore Nature Nation Carbon Credit investments provide a global trade instrument that could quite uniquely protect indigenous territories from the thousands of seriously harmful industrial developments impending against them or already being imposed upon them.

The interaction of indigenous lands in the same market as their government, introduces the intention to raise the standards of accountability and authentic protection for the rainforest, with reliance on the trust of the international investment community.

States and governments in South America are promoting forest preservation for profit by allocating a portion of rainforest land for REDD carbon protection, while continuing to exploit and destroy other parts of the rainforest for their traditional profit base of resource extraction; all of which substantially contribute to creating climate change, cause extensive environmental damage and are often accompanied by devastating human rights violations.

This certifies Indigenous Nature Nation Carbon Credits to be of superior value because they pledge a universal protection of the land.

It could be suggested that the only credible government REDD credit offerings, would be located in states who commit entirely to industry that results in the complete protection of the forests from both deforestation and industry within their jurisdiction.

This way, their protection pledge would be genuine and the standard of REDD carbon credits would aspire to match that of the Indigenous Nature Nation Carbon Credits as the highest quality commitment in the world, without any compromise of the ecosystem that supports the entire global life system.

Another Vision.

Nature Nations Carbon Credits would lead the industry in representing the world's highest quality of genuine and absolute rainforest protection for REDD + investors.

Raising the standards and eliminating compromises

Nature Nations Carbon Credits

There are people who have preserved the delicate balance of nature since the beginning of time.  Their way
and wisdom toward forest management, needs no western standard of classification, scrutiny or monitoring, as many carbon projects require.  Instead of imposing rigid protocols, the Nature Nations Carbon Credit [NNCC]
investments provide a platform, where offset buyers respect the autonomy of the indigenous tribal way of life

NNCC International Investors will ensure the value of REDD + Carbon Credits  for indigenous owned land, trade on the right side of history, by wielding the power of a - voluntary market - to ensure the indigenous people directly recieve the market value for maintaining their standing rainforests.  This will enable life changing
sustainable development for millions of people, through remuneration to sustain the global lifesystem >>>>
