Defending the Great Barrier coral reef
and Australia's water, air, soil and oceans
against industrial development contamination with the international legal argument
that holds corporate and government decisionmakers criminally liable for advancing ecosystem destruction for private economic benefit
within the ordinary course of events
The VICTORY AUSTRALIA campaign is developing an updated evidence submission
to the International Criminal Court
that will advance the argument written by Miriam Clements of SQP
which the court accepted for review in 2015
to prevent the Environmental Destruction
of Australia's Coal and Gas expansion
to protect the ecosystem and population from contamination
Victory Australia can establish an international legal precedent
to halt new coal, gas and dirty mining
and seize all finances of those accused
- Gina Rinehart, Malcolm Turnbull, Clive Palmer,
GVK Reddy, Guatam Adani and others -
facilitating the crime calculated to bring about the physical destruction of the Coral Reef by contaminating the conditions of life for millions of Australians
thus contributing to climate change

The current status of the Victory Australia Campaign
Victory Australia is the only remaining existing legal action that is capable to prevent the coal, gas, uranium and dirty industry expansion in Australia through the world's highest court, as the national legal challenges have failed to stop the mines that will destroy the Great Barrier Reef.
Currently under review by the International Criminal Court, a unique legal argument authored by Miriam Clements, is now the only international legal action with the power to protect the Great Barrier Reef against the immediately threatening industrial destruction that threatens an ecosystem that sustains the life and economy of millions.
This legal context effectively criminalises climate change in a game changing interpretation of existing law and before Clements identified this interpretation of existing law, no known international law offered populations such essential protection. This is unexpected genuis that this law has been indentified and the fight to bring this law to life has already spanned 6 years.
A successful prosecution would shift investment toward clean energy as political, corporate and investment decision makers would face personal criminal liability - of up to 30 years to life imprisonment and full personal financial forfeiture - for deliberately inflicting the ‘Environmental Destruction’, when they are aware that their conduct is ‘calculated’ to bring about the ‘Physical Destruction’ of the population.
