City state autonomy will eliminate the compromise.
Clean food, air and water is possible with existing technology for immediate energy and industry transition.
An ethical economic model will be installed for high public spending with low private taxes and banking reform.
Dual currencies will operate with a North Shore Credit launching to enable ample supply of our tool for human exchange.
Investment will transition our health, social and service system; Convert vehicles, energy, waste; Build bridges and housing.
Preventative Justice will establish an I.C.C Court for Sustainability to end environmental destruction with existing law.
Transparency to protect public spaces, public rights, public health and information, knowledge, ethics and our future.

To develop a sustainable economic transition model, connecting to the world's leading governance and knowledge organisations will be both essential and enable a more effective delivery.
Established as an independent City-State with a protectorate agreement with the New Zealand government; The North Shore will become a member of or a permanent observer to various international organizations, including the United Nations General Assembly, the Council of Europe, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
We can become a full member in IAEA, OPCW, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE); the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), International Telecommunication Union, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
We will become an observer of the African Union, Arab League, Council of Europe, Organization of American States, International Organization for Migration, and in the United Nations and its agencies FAO, ILO, UNCTAD, UNEP, UNESCO, UN-HABITAT, UNHCR, UNIDO, UNWTO, WFP, WHO, WIPO. We can participate as a guest in the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
